DO YOU HAVE A CATALOGUE? CAN YOU SEND ME THE CATALOGUE TO CHECK ALL YOUR PRODUCTS?
Yes, we have a product catalogue. Please contact us online or send an email to request it, and we will promptly provide it for your review.

2. Price List Inquiry

I NEED YOUR PRICE LIST FOR ALL PRODUCTS. DO YOU HAVE ONE?

We do not maintain a comprehensive price list for all items due to our extensive product range and frequent price adjustments influenced by production costs and material fluctuations. For specific pricing, please contact us with your requirements, and we will send you a detailed offer shortly.

3. Unlisted Product Request

I CAN’T FIND A PRODUCT IN YOUR CATALOGUE. CAN YOU MANUFACTURE IT FOR ME?

Our catalogue showcases most but not all of our products. Please share the details of the product you need, including quantity. If it’s not currently in our range, we can design and create a new mould for production. For reference, developing a standard mould typically takes 35–45 days.

4. Customization & Packaging

CAN YOU PRODUCE CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS AND PACKAGING?

Yes, we have extensive experience in delivering customized products (e.g., wire terminals and cable lugs) and have developed numerous moulds for clients. For packaging, we can print your logo or other information, though please note that this may incur additional costs.

5. Sample Provision

CAN YOU PROVIDE SAMPLES? ARE THEY FREE?

Yes, we offer samples. Typically, we provide 1–3 free samples for testing or quality inspection, but customers are responsible for shipping costs. For bulk sample requests or higher quantities per item, sample fees may apply.

6. Payment Methods

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT? CAN I PAY IN RMB?

We accept T/T (wire transfer), LC (letter of credit), Western Union, and PayPal. Please ensure the payment matches the invoice amount. Payment in RMB is acceptable.

In-stock products can be shipped within 2 working days. For out-of-stock items or insufficient inventory, we will confirm the delivery timeline with you promptly.

For small packages, we use express delivery services (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, EMS) with door-to-door service. For larger shipments, we offer air or sea freight as per your preference. We use high-quality packaging to ensure your order’s safety during transit.
